Thinking of starting some kind of online business whilst I’m at Uni and hopefully make some money so I don’t have to eat spam out of a tin like last night.
I have loads of ideas but every time I start researching they get shot down :( Was going to start off by creating PDF documents for Tips/Hacks/Tricks on Facebook games like FarmVille. Then sell these through ClickBank and my own site. Well its been done so much I doubt I’d even find a URL with facebook in it and done to a better standard then I was going to do. Videos and everything!
Just looking at niche shops which use eBay ads to generate sales and you gain commission plus game arcades that make money through sponsors and ad clicks. More I look into it though the more I feel like I’d be just strapping the barrel. Its not that there’s no money to be made its just I don’t have the time to dedicate my life to it and then the payoff will be near enough min wage.
Could just get a real job :D ROFL

Had to use my 3DS Max object in a poster. So I decided since I’m on a Games Design course to create a games cover… genius. I must say it’s lacking in everything, but I was short on time.

Again I used CGTexture.com to create my materials, I’m so glad I found this website :D
This ladies and gentleman is a diffuse map.
This was created as part of the graphics and design work along with a normal map and specular map. Which could be used for example in 3DS Max to create a material.
I created this using images from cgtextures.com, which is an excellent site for textures.

A WWII poster I created in Adobe Photoshop for the foundation project.
I wanted to use a few basic colours but I don’t think it came out as good as I imagined and I’m not happy with the size of the title, should be bolder. The comic strips meant to be in the layout of a medal.
